RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING AMENDMENT TO THE LETTER OF AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AND TOWN MANAGER
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby resolved by the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the TOWN OF LOS GATOS
enter into that Amendment to the Letter of Agreement with the Town Manager (a copy
of which is attached hereto); and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor is authorized and is hereby
directed to execute said Agreement in the name of and in behalf of the Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 2nd day of OCTOBER, 1989 by the following
vote:

AMENDMENT TO TOWN MANAGER
LETTER OF AGREEMENT
This AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered in this 2nd day of
OCTOBER, 1989 and is effective as of June 25, 1989, by and between TOWN OF LOS
GATOS, a municipal corporation ('TOWN') and DEBORAH A. ACOSTA
RECITALS:
WHEREAS, TOWN and DEBORAH A. ACOSTA *executed a Letter of
Agreement on November 25, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council has completed a performance evaluation of
DEBORAH A. ACOSTA and have amended the agreement.
IT IS THEREFORE AGREED by the parties as follows:
1. The original AGREEMENT is amended to read as follows:
"The salary shall be $76,689.60 as of June 25, 1989"
2. The terms and conditions of the original LETTER OF
AGREEMENT, except as herein amended, shall remain
in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Amendment to the
Letter of Agreement on the date written above, effective June 25, 1989.
