A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
PROHIBITING PARKING ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF UNIVERSITY AVENUE
FOR THREE FEET ON BOTH SIDES OF THE DMV DRIVEWAY
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16 -44, "Parking
Regulation ", the Town Council to the Town of Los Gatos does hereby establish the
following traffic regulation:
STOPPING, STANDING, OR PARKING
Stopping, standing, or parking of any vehicle AT ALL TIMES is hereby
prohibited along the west side of University Avenue for three feet on both sides
of the DMV Driveway.
Portions of any resolutions previously adopted that are in conflict therewith
are hereby rescinded.
The Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance Services is hereby instructed
to install appropriate signs and /or curb markings giving notice the public of this
action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos held on the 2nd day of October, 1989 by the following vote:

Robert L. Hamilton, Brent N. Ventura Mayor Joanne Benjamin
