RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN AND
LOS GATOS WEEKLY NEWSPAPER FOR LEGAL ADVERTISING
FROM OCTOBER 1, 1989 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 1990
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the TOWN OF LOS GATOS enter into an agreement
entitled, AGREEMENT FOR ONE YEAR CONTRACT REGARDING LEGAL
PUBLICATIONS with the Los Gatos Weekly and that the Town Clerk is authorized to
execute said agreement in the name and in behalf of the TOWN OF LOS GATOS.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos at
a regular meeting held this 2nd day of October, 1989, by the following vote:
