RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN AND
WERNER AND ASSOCIATES FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR
THE DESIGN OF A RETAINING WALL ON
BLOSSOM HILL ROAD AT CAMINO DEL CERRO
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, that the TOWN OF LOS GATOS enter into an
agreement entitled, AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN AND WERNER AND ASSOCIATES FOR
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE DESIGN OF THE RETAINING WALL ON
BLOSSOM HILL ROAD AT CAMINO DEL CERRO and that the Town Manager is authorized
and she is hereby directed to execute said agreement in the name and in behalf
of the TOWN OF LOS GATOS.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos at a
regular meeting held this 18th day of September, 1989, by the following vote:
