RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AUTHORIZING
QUITCLAIM DEED OF A CERTAIN PARKING LOT EASEMENT
AND AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DEED
WHEREAS:
Kumiko Iwasawa Vadas executed a parking lot easement to the Town
of Los Gatos, recorded June 7, 1982 in Book G828, page 437, Official
Records of Santa Clara County; and
WHEREAS:
The Town of Los Gatos desires to quitclaim said parking lot
easement.
BE IT RESOLVED:
By the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos that the quitclaim
deed, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, is hereby
authorized and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said document
on behalf of the Town.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, California, held on the 21st day of AUGUST, 1989 by the following vote.
