RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ADOPTING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR THE LOS GATOS
DOWNTOWN NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER
WHEREAS, the Town desires to provide policies and
procedures through which individuals and organizations can rent the
facility on an hourly basis;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Los Gatos Town
Council does hereby adopt this Resolution providing policies and
procedures for use of the Los Gatos Downtown Neighborhood Center,
as attached Exhibit 1.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 7th day
of August, 1989, by the following vote:
