STATE SHARE FUNDS STATE - LOCAL- TRANSPORTATION
DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM FUNDS
RESOLUTION of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos approving the
application for State Share Funds State-Local- Transportation Demonstration Pro-
gram Funds (SB 140, Chapter 24 Statutes of 1988) for the reconstruction /overlay
of Knowles Drive.
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos to apply for State Share Funds State - Local- Transportation Demonstration
Program Funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this application entitled
"APPLICATION FOR STATE - LOCAL- TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM FUNDS" dated June 30, 1989
on file in the office of the Town Engineer, is hereby approved; and FURTHER RE-
SOLVED, that the Town Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to sign said
application and to sign any further documents related to this application, ex-
cept the final approval of the plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos held on the 17 day of July, 1989, by the following vote:

Robert L. Hamilton, Mayor Joanne Benjamin
