RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BETWEEN THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AND AFSCME
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Manager is authorized to sign
the Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of the Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 10th day of July, 1989 by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS Mayor Joanne Benjamin, Eric D. Carlson,
Thomas J. Ferrito, Robert L. Hamilton
