RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO
NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE AGREEMENTS WITH
FISCAL YEAR 1989 -90 TOWN FUND GRANT RECIPIENTS
WHEREAS, TOWN has appropriated funds for allocation to
various community groups which provide services to Town of Los
Gatos residents; and,
WHEREAS, TOWN desires to engage CONTRACTOR who has been
allocated a portion of TOWN'S said funds, to be utilized during the
1989 -90 Fiscal Year;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Town Council does hereby authorize
the Town Manager to negotiate and execute an Agreement with the
following agencies:
Art Docents of Los Gatos, Inc.
Photographic Guild of Los Gatos
San Jose Symphony
Young Audiences
Youth Science Institute
Catholic Charities (Ombudsman and Shared Housing
Programs)
Food Bank (Operation Brown Bag)
Live Oak Adult Day Service
Los Gatos Museum Association
Los Gatos /Saratoga High School District
San Jose State University Foundation (Health Place
Program)
Santa Clara Department of Social Service (Nutrition
Program)
Senior Coordinating Council
Teen Counseling Center
Transit Assist
Villa Vasona Ltd.

Gatos, California, at a regular meeting held this 10th day of July,
1989, by the following vote:
