RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS APPROVING RIGHT OF WAY
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN AND JOSEPH F. GRECO AND AUTHORIZING
TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Gatos seeks to acquire all property rights in
proposed parking lot No. 4 to proceed with the construction of a parking
facility in accordance with the Downtown Parking Assessment District; and
WHEREAS, Joseph F. Greco has executed a right of way agreement between
himself and the Town of Los Gatos relating to the property known as APN
520 -03 -033;
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos that the
Right of Way Agreement between the Town and Joseph F. Greco, a copy of which is
attached hereto as Exhibit A, is hereby approved and the Town Manager is hereby
authorized to execute said document on behalf of the Town.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 8th day of May
1989 by the following vote.
