RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS APPROVING RIGHT OF WAY
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN AND 51 UNIVERSITY AVENUE, A PARTNERSHIP,
AND AUTHORIZING TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Gatos seeks to acquire all property rights in
Boone Lane from Elm Street to Gray's Lane to proceed with the construction of a
parking facility in accordance with the Downtown Parking Assessment District;
and
WHEREAS, 51 University Avenue, a partnership, have executed a right of
way agreement between themselves and the Town of Los Gatos relating to any
property rights they have in Boone Lane;
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos that the
Right of Way Agreement between the Town and 51 University Avenue, a
partnership, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, is hereby
approved and the Town Manager is hereby authorized to execute said document on
behalf of the Town.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 1st day of May
1989 by the following vote.
