RESOLVED, by the Town Council (the "Council ") of the Town of Los Gatos (the
"Town "), County of Santa Clara, California, that
1. This Council has received from Rauscher Pierce Refsnes, Inc., a written offer to
purchase bonds to be issued to represent unpaid assessments levied in proceedings had
pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 1987 -13, adopted by this Council on February 17,

2. A copy of said written offer is on file in the office of the Town Clerk of the
Town of Los Gatos and reference is hereby made to said offer for further particulars.

amount to be paid therefor as stated in said offer, and upon the performance of the
conditions contained in said offer.
7. The interest rates of said bonds shall be, and the same are hereby, fixed at the
rates stated in said offer.
