TOWN OF LOS GATOS
Downtown Parking Assessment District
RESOLVED, by the Town Council (the "Council ") of the Town of Los Gatos (the
"Town "), County of Santa Clara, California, that
WHEREAS, on February 17, 1987, this Council adopted Resolution No. 1987 -13, A
Resolution of Intention to Make Acquisitions and Improvements;
WHEREAS, in the proceedings under and pursuant to said resolution an
assessment was confirmed and levied by Resolution No. 1987 -60, adopted on May 18,
1987;
WHEREAS, the changes and modifications hereinafter ordered will not increase
the total amount of the assessment or the amount of any individual assessment nor
eliminate or add any acquisitions or work which will substantially and adversely alter or
affect the benefits to be derived from the work and acquisitions;
WHEREAS, the public interest, convenience and necessity require the changes
and modifications hereinafter ordered;
WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work has filed with the Town Clerk proposed revisions
to the Engineer's Report as finally approved by this Council, to wit: a assessment roll
showing changes in assessor parcel numbers.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That the assessment roll as finally approved in these proceedings be changed
and modified with respect to the assessment parcel numbers and their respective
assessment numbers as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
2. That said Clerk shall forward certified copies of this resolution to said
Superintendent of Streets as his authority to make the changes and modifications on the
face of the assessment roll.
