RESOLUTION DENYING APPEAL OF PLANNING COMMISSION
DENIAL OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION AND
ARCHITECTURE AND SITE APPLICATION REQUESTING
PERMISSION TO INCREASE THE SEATING AND NUMBER OF
PARKING SPACES AND TO MAKE A SECOND STORY
ADDITION TO AN EXISTING CHURCH ON PROPERTY
IN THE R- 1:8000

OF THE NAZARENE)
WHEREAS:
1. Daryl Hawkins, on behalf of the San Jose First Korean
Church of the Nazarene, has appealed a decision of the Planning
Commission as follows: denial of Conditional Use Permit
Application U- 72 -11A and Architecture and Site Application
5- 72 -84A requesting permission to increase the seating and number
of parking spaces and to make a second story addition to an
existing church on property in the R- 1:8000 zone on property
located at 15344 National Avenue and owned by San Jose First Korean
Church of the Nazarene.
2. A public hearing was held by the Town Council on November
7, 1988.
BE IT RESOLVED:
1. The Town Council hereby finds that the appellant has
withdrawn its request for approvals.
2. Based on the foregoing, the Town Council hereby denies
the appeal.
Pursuant to Los Gatos Town Code Section 1 -15, the time for seeking
judicial review for the Town Council decision is governed by
California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094.6.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 21St day
