RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TOWN MANAGER TO ENTER
INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT
TO PURCHASE FORMER SCOTT PROPERTY
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, that the TOWN OF LOS GATOS enter into an agreement with
MidPeninsula Regional Open Space District to purchase the former Scott property, and
that the Town Manager is authorized, and is hereby directed, to execute said
agreement in the name and in behalf of the TOWN OF LOS GATOS.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a reguIar meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on 21st day of November , 1988 by the
