A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO THE
TOWN ATTORNEY EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN
TOWN OF LOS GATOS AND MARY JO LEVINGER
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby resolved by the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the
Town of Los Gatos enter into that Amendment to the Town Attorney
Employment Agreement with Mary Jo Levinger, a copy of which is attached
hereto; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor is authorized and is hereby
directed to execute said agreement in the name of and in behalf of the
Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 7th day of November
1988 by the following vote.

AMENDMENT TO
TOWN ATTORNEY EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
This AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into this 7th day of
November , 1988 and is effective as of the 1st day of July, 1988, by and
between TOWN OF LOS GATOS, a municipal corporation ( "Town ") and MARY JO
LEVINGER ( "Levinger ").
RECITALS:
WHEREAS, Town and Levinger executed a Town Attorney Employment Agreement
on November 29, 1983, and Amendments to Town Attorney Employment Agreement on
August 6, 1984, on June 17, 1985, on September 2, 1986, and on August 17, 1988.
WHEREAS, the Town Council has completed a performance evaluation of
Levinger.
AGREEMENT:
IT IS THEREFORE AGREED by the parties as follows:
1. Section C -6 is added of the original Agreement to read as follows:
"6. Town shall pay 4.5% of Levingerfs 7% employee contribution to
the Public Employees Retirement System (PEAS)."
2. The terms and conditions of the original Agreement, except as
herein amended, shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Amendment to the Town
Attorney Employment Agreement on the date written above, effective July 1,
1988.
