A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF LOS GATOS ESTABLISHING FLOOD HAZARD OVERLAY
MAPS TO FACILITATE THE ADMINISTRATION OF
CHAPTER 3.85 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 3.85.030(3) of the Zoning Ordinance, the
Floodplain Administrator has prepared an overlay of the Zoning Maps to
facilitate administration of Chapter 3.85, and;
WHEREAS, the overlay of the Zoning Maps indicates which parcels of property
may be included within the areas of special flood hazard.
RESOLVED, the Town Council hereby adopts the Flood Hazard Overlay Maps
attached as Exhibit A.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos at
a regular meeting held this 7th day of November 1988,
by the following vote:
