A TOWN OF LOS GATOS RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
WITH COMMUNITY HOUSING DEVELOPERS, INC. FOR IMPLEMENTATION
OF THE TOWN'S BELOW MARKET PRICE HOUSING PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby resolved by the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, authorizes the Town
Manager to enter a contract for services with Community Housing Developers
Inc., in the name and in behalf of the Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, at a regular meeting held this 7th day of November , 1988, by
the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Joanne Benjamin, Thomas J. Ferrito,
Robert L. Hamilton, Brent N. Ventura & Mayor Eric D. Carlson
