RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
PROJECT 8710 - BLOSSOM HILL ROAD RETAINING WALL
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the town of Los
Gatos to carry out Project 8710 - Blossom Hill Road Retaining Wall in the
Town of Los Gatos; and
WHEREAS, the Town Engineer has presented the finalized Plans and
Specifications for the Project 8 710 - Blossom Hill Road Retaining Wall,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that these plans and specifications,
entitled "TOWN OF LOS GATOS SPECIFICATIONS - PROJECT 8710 - Blossom Hill
Road Retaining Wall ", dated September 12, 1988, on file in the Office of
the Town Clerk, are hereby approved; and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to advertise, as required by law, for the receipt of sealed bids
or proposals for the work specified in the aforesaid Plans and
Specifications, and said advertisement shall be substantially in
accordance with the Notice to Bidders, attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos held on the 19 day of September, by the following
vote:
