A TOWN OF LOS GATOS RESOLUTION
COMMENDING CATHERINE WOOD OF THE ARTS COMMISSION
WHEREAS, CATHERINE WOOD has served the Town of Los Gatos as a member of the Arts
Commission since July, 1987; and
WHEREAS, during this period, she has unselfishly contributed her time, energies
and capabilities to both the Commission and the community, and
WHEREAS, during her tenure, Ms. Wood assisted the Arts Commission in numerous
projects, including, but not limited to the following:
1. Chair of the Friends of the Arts Committee
2. Member of the Annual Arts Award Team
3. Member of the Art Docents of Los Gatos, Inc.
WHEREAS, the Town Council feels that such outstanding public service deserves
special recognition;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Los Gatos Town Council does hereby
render, with genuine appreciation, its gratitude and commendation to CATHERINE WOOD
for her service to the Town and its citizens as a member of the Town's Arts
Commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, California, at
a regular meeting held this 6 day of Sept. , 1988, by the following vote:
