PARKING PROHIBITION
234 AND 236 LOS GATOS BOULEVARD
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section
Section 16 -44, "Parking Regulation ", the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos does hereby establish the following traffic regulation:
STOPPING, STANDING, OR PARKING PROHIBITED
Stopping, standing, or parking of any vehicle AT ALL TIMES
is hereby prohibited along the east side of Los Gatos Boulevard along
the frontage of 234 and 236 Los Gatos Boulevard as shown on the attached
Exhibit 1.
Portions of any resolutions previously adopted that are in
conflict threwith are hereby rescinded.
The Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance Services
is hereby instructed to install appropriate signs and /or curb markings
giving notice to the public of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 1st day of August 1988
by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Thomas J. Ferrito, Robert L.
Hamilton, Brent N. Ventura and Vice -Mayor
Joanne Benjamin
