RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County
of Santa Clara, State of California, hereby authorizes the Town Manager
to enter into an agreement with the COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA, to provide
health insurance coverage services through the Santa Clara County Preferred
100 Health Plan, and that the Town Manager is authorized, and is hereby
directed, to execute said agreement in the name and in behalf of the
TOWN OF LOS GATOS.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Los GAtos, California, held on the 1st day of August,
1988 by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Thomas J. Ferrito. Robert L.
Hamilton, Brent N. Ventura and Vice -Mayor
Joanne Benjamin.
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
