A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A HANDICAPPED PARKING
SPACE AT 456 MONTEREY AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, 16 -60, the Town
Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby establish the following traffic
regulations:
HANDICAPPED PARKING
A handicapped parking space is hereby established at 456 Monterey
Avenue, as shown on the attached Exhibit I.
Portions of any resolutions previously adopted that are in conflict therewith
are hereby rescinded. The Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance services
is hereby instructed to install an appropriate sign and curb markings giving
notice to the public of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos held on this 6 day of June , 1988 by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Joanne Benjamin, Thomas J. Ferrito Robert L.
Hamilton, Brent N. Ventura and Mayor Eric D. Carlson
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None

Dear Mr. Zapf:
This letter is to request a handicapped parking space in front of my new home at 456
Monterey Avenue, Los Gatos.
As you know, this street includes doctors' offices and laboratories and therefore parking
places are at a premium. I cannot park my van in the driveway because my wife must
access the garage with her vehicle.
I have enclosed a copy of my vehicle registration which designates it is licensed for a
disabled driver. If you need other information or have any questions regarding this matter,
please call me at work, 374 -9440 or at home 257 -4250.
