A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A VEHICULAR STOP AT THE
INTERSECTION OF BRUCE AVENUE WITH SAN BENITO WAY
BE IT RESOLVED, AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos that, in accordance with Section 16 -29 of the Los Gatos Town Code, "Stop
Intersections and Through Streets ", the following intersection is designated as one
at which vehicles are required to stop at the prescribed entrance thereto:
WESTBOUND TRAFFIC ON BRUCE AVENUE SHALL STOP AT SAN BENITO WAY.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Parks, Forestry, and Maintenance
Services is hereby ordered to erect and maintain a stop sign and appropriate
pavement markings at the above location.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on 16 day of May 1988 by the
following vote:
