RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH
CALIFORNIA DENTAL HEALTH PLAN
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, hereby authorizes the Town Manager to enter into an agreement
with CALIFORNIA DENTAL HEALTH PLAN to provide dental insurance coverage services,
and that the Town Manager is authorized, and is hereby directed, to execute said
agreement in the name and in behalf of the TOWN OF LOS GATOS.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on 16 day of May 1988 by the
following vote:
