RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DEPOSIT OR WITHDRAWAL OF TOWN FUNDS
IN THE STATE LOCAL AGENCY INVESTMENT FUND
WHEREAS, The Town recognizes that use of the State Local Agency Investment
Fund for investment purposes may from time to time be more advantageous to the
Town than other investments;
WHEREAS, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town agrees to deposit or withdraw money
in the State Local Agency Investment Fund in the State Treasury in accordance
with the provisions of Section 16249.1 of the Government Code for the purpose
of investment as stated therein; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor or the Mayor's designee, until such
time as a Treasurer is appointed or elected, is authorized to order the deposit
or withdrawal of funds in the State Local AGency Investment Fund.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 12 day of May 1988 by the
following vote:

L. Hamilton, Brent N. Ventura and Mayor Eric D. Carlson
