A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNEXATION
OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY
DESIGNATED AS LOS GATOS BOULEVARD #11
TO THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara,
State of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California that
WHEREAS, the proposed annexation to the Town of Los Gatos consisting of all that
unincorporated territory designated as Los Gatos Boulevard #11 Annexation, located
on Los Gatos Boulevard, opposite Samaritan Drive in the County of Santa Clara is
proposed for annexation to the Town of Los Gatos pursuant to Part 2 of Title 4,
Division 3, commencing with Section 56000 et seq. of the Government Code;
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Gatos has received a petition signed by all the owners
of land within the territory to be annexed, and pursuant to Section 56837 of the
Government Code, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos may initiate proceedings
to annex said territory without notice, hearing or election, in the manner described
in Section 57002 of the Government Code of the State of California, and make the
following findings:
1. The project is categorically exempt from CEQA Class #15119(a).
2. The territory is "Uninhabited" as defined in Section 56046 of the
Government Code of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council finds that these findings are correct, and the
territory proposed for annexation is situated in the unincorporated area of the
County of Santa Clara, and is contiguous with the municipal boundaries of the Town
of Los Gatos.
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, a municipal corporation
of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, that pursuant to the provisions
of Sections 56837 and 57002 of the Government Code of the State of California, the
annexation to the Town of Los Gatos of that territory designated as Los Gatos
Boulevard #11, and described in real property description and map attached hereto,
marked Exhibits "A" and "B ", respectively, is approved, and that the same be annexed
to the town of Los Gatos.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon completion of these annexation proceedings the
territory annexed will be taxed in Town of Los Gatos Tax Rate A, including taxes for
existing bonded indebtedness.
FINALLY RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk is authorized, and is hereby directed,
pursuant to Section 57200 of the Government Code, to prepare under seal a certified
copy of this resolution, giving the date of passage, and immediately transmit same
along with a remittance to cover the fees required by Section 54902.5 of the
Government Code to the Executive Officer of the Local Agency Formation Commission of
Santa Clara County.

All that certain real property situated in the County of Santa Clara, State
of California, described as follows:
Beginning at the most southwesterly corner of that certain
annexation to the Town of Los Gatos entitled Burton Road #1,
thence proceeding S57 °35'20 "E 874.58', thence N34 °05'40 "E
130.19 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing
along said annexation the following courses and distances:
N34 °05'40 "E 225 ft. more or less;
S57 °35'20 "E 185.5 ft. more or less;
S34 °05140 "W 225 ft. more or less;
thence leaving said Burton Road #1 annexation N57 °35'20 "W
185.5 ft. more or less to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
