RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AUTHORIZING
TOWN ENGINEER TO ISSUE A REVOCABLE PERMIT TO
MR. MICHAEL HUGHMANICK
FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF AN EXISTING STAIRWAY AND
AN EXISTING TOE WALL CONSTRUCTED IN A PORTION OF
THE MARIPOSA AVENUE PUBLIC RIGHT -OF -WAY
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Gatos has no immediate plan to upgrade the unimproved
portion of the Public Right -of -Way along Mariposa Avenue adjacent to Parcel APN
410- 13 -18, commonly known as "647 San Benito Avenue ", and
WHEREAS, the property owner of 647 San Benito Avenue has agreed to maintain and
to bear any and all liabilities associated with a stairway and a toe wall
constructed in the Public Right -of -Way described above; and
WHEREAS, the Town and the property owner of 647 San Benito Avenue have agreed on
the extent of the work already done in the public right -of -way described above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos that
the Town Engineer is hereby authorized to execute the Revocable Permit to the
property owner of 647 San Benito Avenue for the maintenance of the stairway and the
toe wall, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "IV ", on behalf of the Town.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos held on 21 day of March 1988 by the following
