RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN
AGREEMENT WITH PANNELL KERR FORSTER FOR AUDITING SERVICES
FOR TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT ACT GRANT
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, that the TOWN OF LOS GATOS enter into an agreement with Pannell
Kerr Forster for auditing services for Transportation Development Act Grant and that
the Town Manager is authorized, and is hereby directed, to execute said agreement in
the name and in behalf of the TOWN OF LOS GATOS.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on 7 day of March , 1988 by the

As you requested, we submit this proposal to perform a financial and
compliance audit of the Town's $16,000 TDA Article III bicycle path
project for the year ended June 30, 1985.
We will perform a financial and compliance audit in accordance with
Section 6666 of the California Administrative Code and shall issue our
reports to you by November 30, 1987.
Our fee for this audit shall be $1,000.
If the terms of this proposal are acceptable to you, please so indicate by
