RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT WITH THE SANTA CLARA COUNTY
DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the TOWN OF LOS GATOS enter into an amendment
to the agreement with the Santa Clara County Department of Social Services for
the provision of meals to Seniors (a copy of which is attached hereto) and
that the Town Manager is authorized, and is hereby directed, to execute said
amendment to agreement in the name and in behalf of the TOWN OF LOS GATOS.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos held on 16 day of _February__, 1988, by the following vote:

meals to homebound seniors on

2. Exhibit A Scope of Services is amended to read as follows:
I. The Congregate Site Program will serve 50 meals to Los Gatos
residents 5 days per week.
II. Total number of unduplicated Los Gatos residents to
participate in program 167.
III.C. Provide 50 meals at the congregate site program 5 days per
week.
3. Exhibit B Budget to be replaced with the attached revised fiscal
information (budget) document.
4. The terms and conditions of the original Agreement, except as herein
amended, shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Amendment to the
Agreement on the date written above.
