A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
COMMENDING THE LOS GATOS POLICE OFFICER'S ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS: the Los Gatos Police Officer's Association donated labor and
materials for the repairing of the Los Gatos Museum at 4 Tait Avenue and Main
Street; and,
WHEREAS: the donation of labor and materials has resulted in a much more
inviting museum building; and,
WHEREAS: this donation allowed the Town of Los Gatos to utilize more
efficiently the money it has set aside for repairs and upgrading of electrical
systems; and
WHEREAS: the Museum Association's work in providing a quality museum
program in art and natural history is facilitated and assisted by these
improvements.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Los Gatos Town Council does hereby
commend, thank, and express its appreciation and gratitude to the members of
the LOS GATOS POLICE OFFICER'S ASSOCIATION,
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the day of February
1988 by the following vote.
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Joanne Benjamin Thomas J. Ferrito,
Robert L. Hamilton, and Mayor Eric D. Carlson
