PARKING PROHIBITION ON LOS GATOS BOULEVARD
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16 -45, "Parking
Regulation ", the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby establish
the following traffic regulation:
STOPPING, STANDING, OR PARKING PROHIBITION AT ALL TIMES
No person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle at any time on:
1. The easterly side of Los Gatos Boulevard between points approximately
65 feet and 220 feet, south of Harding Avenue, and from Harding Avenue
to a point approximately 75 feet north of the same.
2. The westerly side of Los Gatos Boulevard between points approximately
320 feet and 370 feet north of Saratoga Avenue as shown on the
attached Exhibit "1 ".
This resolution supersedes and voids portions of any previously- adopted
resolutions in conflict herewith.
The Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance Services is hereby
instructed to install appropriate signs and /or curb markings giving notice to
the public of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on 21 day of December , 19 87 by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Thomas J. Ferrito, Robert L. Hamilton and
Vice -Mayor Joanne Benjamin
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
