RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH
HAMILTON MERIDIAN INSURANCE ASSOCIATES
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, that the TOWN OF LOS GATOS enter into an agreement with
Hamilton Meridian Insurance Associates for property insurance coverage services for
a three (3) year period, renewable annually. The Town Manager is authorized, and is
hereby directed, to execute said agreement in the name and in behalf of the TOWN OF
LOS GATOS.

AGREEMENT: Town of Los Gatos and Hamilton /Meridian Insurance
Agreement between Town of Los Gatos and Hamilton /Meridian Insurance Associates for
Property Insurance per values, plans, and specifications contained in our proposal
dated December 8, 1987. Term of this agreement will be from 12/22/87 to 12/22/90.
Initial coverage has been placed with the American Motorists Insurance Company
(Kemper Group) initial premium is $15,908. Subsequent renewals will be based on
values, plans, and specifications as agreed to at the anniversary dates by City
Finance Administrator.
Both parties agree that the original policy as issued by the insurance company
will be the basis for all applicable coverages, terms, and conditions.
