RESOLUTION REMANDING TO PLANNING COMMISSION THE APPEAL
OF PLANNING COMMISSION'S DENIAL OF ARCHITECTURE AND SITE
APPLICATION REQUESTING APPROVAL OF GRADING PERMIT FOR AN
EXISTING RESIDENCE IN THE HR -2 -1/2 ZONE
(320 SANTA ROSA DRIVE - K.G. & PHYLLIS ROMINE)
WHEREAS:
1. Phyllis Romine has appealed a decision of the Planning
Commission as follows: Denial of Architecture and Site Application
S- 82 -40A, requesting approval of a grading permit for an existing
residence in the HR 2 -1/2 zone on property located at 320 Santa Rosa Drive
and owned by K.G. & Phyllis Romine; and
1987.
2. A public hearing was held by the Town Council on December 7,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
1. The Town Council hereby finds that the applicant did not
appear at the hearing by the Planning Commission or the hearing by the
Town Council and that the applicant requests the matter be remanded for
consideration of new plans.
2. Based on the foregoing findings, the appeal hereby is remanded
to the Planning Commission with consideration by the Development Review
Committee.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 21 day of December
1987 by the following vote.
