PARKING PROHIBITION
BELMONT AVENUE
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16 -44, "Parking
Regulation ", the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby establish
the following traffic regulation:
STOPPING, STANDING, OR PARKING PROHIBITED
Stopping, standing, or parking of any vehicle AT ALL TIMES is hereby
prohibited along the northwesterly side of Belmont Avenue as shown on the
attached Exhibit "A
Portions of any resolutions previously adopted that are in conflict
therewith are hereby rescinded.
The Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance Services is hereby
instructed to install appropriate signs and /or curb markings giving notice to
the public of this action. regular
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a continued meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on 26th day of October 1987 by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Joanne Benjamin, Thomas J. Ferrito and
Vice -Mayor Eric D. Carlson
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Robert L. Hamilton
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
