RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO THE LETTER
OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AND DEBORAH SWARTFAGER
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby resolved by the Town Council of the Town of los
Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the TOWN OF LOS GATOS enter
into that Amendment to the Letter of Agreement with the Town Manager (a copy of
which is attached hereto); and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor is authorized and is hereby directed to
execute said agreement in the name of and in behalf of the Torn of Los Gatos.

of Los Gatos held on 19 day of October 1987 by the

AMENDMENT TO
TOWN MANAGER LETTER OF AGREEMENT
This A"ENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into this 19 day
of October , 1987 and is effective as of the Ju Y--T iJ$7 , by and
between TOWN OF LOS GATOS, a municipal corporation Tawn and DEBORAH!
SWARTFAGER.
RECITALS:
WHEREAS, Town and Deborah Swartfager executed a Letter of Agreement on
November 25, 1985.
WHEREAS, the Town Council has completed a performance evaluation of Deborah
Swartfager Agreement:
IT IS THEREFORE AGREED by the parties as follows:
1. The original Agreement is amended to read as follows:
"The salary shall be $66,113 as of July 1, 1987.°
2, The terms and conditions of the original Agreement, except as herein
amended, shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Amendment to the Letter
of Agreement on the date written above, effective July 1, 1986.
