TO AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 1987 -34 ADOPTED APRIL 6, 1987, ESTABLISHING
A TWO -HOUR TIME LIMIT PARKING (EXCEPT BY PERMIT) ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF EAST MAIN STREET BETWEEN HIGH SCHOOL COURT
AND EAST DRIVEWAY OF LOS GATOS HIGH SCHOOL
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16 -45,
"Parking Regulation ", the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby
establish the following traffic regulation:
TWO HOUR PARKING
No person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle, except Sundays
and Holidays, for a period of time longer than two (2) hours on
the north side of East Main Street between High School Court and
the east driveway of Los Gatos High School unless a permit is
obtained from the Los Gatos High School.
This resolution supersedes and voids portions of any previously
adopted resolutions in conflict herewith.
This resolution is effective October 1, 1987.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 21 day
of September , 1987, by the following vote:

Mayor Brent N. Ventura
