AMENDMENT TO
TOWN ATTORNEY EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
This AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into this 17th day of
August 1987 and is effective as of the 1st day of July, 1987, by and
between TOWN OF LOS GATOS, a municipal corporation ( "Town ") and 14ARY JO LEVINGER
( "Levinger ").
RECITALS:
WHEREAS, Town and Levinger executed a Town Attorney Employment Agreement on
November 29, 1983, and Amendments to Town Attorney Employment Agreement on August
6, 1984, on June 17, 1985 and on September 2, 1986.
WHEREAS, the Town Council has completed a performance evaluation of Levinger.
AGREEMENT:
IT IS THEREFORE AGREED by the parties as follows:
1. Section C -1 of the original Agreement is amended to read as follows:
"The base salary shall be $65,649 as of July 1,
1987. Town will review said salary annually at
the time of the adoption of the budget."
2. The terms and conditions of the original Agreement, except as herein
amended, shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Amendment to the Town
Attorney Employment Agreement on the date written above, effective July 1, 1987.
