RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGREEMENT WITH
MUNICIPAL CODE CORPORATION
FOR RECODIFICATION OF THE TOWN CODE
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, that the TOWN OF LOS GATOS enter into an agreement with
Municipal Code Corporation (in accordance with its proposal) for municipal code
services, and that the Town Manager is authorized, and is hereby directed, to
execute said agreement in the name and in behalf of the TOWN OF LOS GATOS.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a reqular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on 17th day of Auqust 19 87 by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Joanne Benjamin, Eric D. Carlson, Robert L.
Hamilton, and Mayor Brent N. Ventura
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
