PARKING PROHIBITION DURING CERTAIN HOURS ON
SHANNON ROAD
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Town code, Section 16 -45,
"Parking Regulation," the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby
establish the following traffic regulation:
STOPPING, STANDING, OR PARKING PROHIBITED DURING CERTAIN HOURS
No person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle between the hours of
7:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M., of any day, except Saturdays, Sundays and
Holidays, on both sides of Shannon Road, as shown on the attached
Exhibit "A"
This resolution supersedes and voids portions of any
previously- adopted resolutions in conflict herewith.
The Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance is hereby instructed
to install appropriate signs and /or curb markings giving notice to the
public of this action after equivalent prohibitions by the County of
Santa Clara for those remaining portions of Shannon Road as shown on
the attached Exhibit "A ".
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos held on the 3rd day of August
1987, by the following vote:
