A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER TENANT
WHEREAS, TOWN owns the Downtown Neighborhood Center (Center) located at 208
E. plain Street, Los Gatos, CA. 95030, and wishes to lease space in it to
non - profit community service organizations that will assist the Town in serving
the needs of its residents;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Town Council does hereby authorize the Town Manager to
negotiate and execute an agreement with the:
YWCA CAREER CENTER
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS CALIFORNIA,
at a regular meeting held this 3rd day of August
1987, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS Joanne Benjamin, Thomas J. Ferrito,
Robert L. Hamilton & Mayor Brent N. Ventura
