A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A VEHICULAR STOP AT THE
INTERSECTION OF STACIA STREET WITH WHITNEY AVENUE
AND WHITNEY AVENUE WITH LOMA ALTA AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED, AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos that, in accordance with Section 16 -29 of the Los Gatos Town Code, "Stop
Intersections and Through Streets ", the following intersections are designated as
ones at which vehicles are required to stop at the prescribed entrances thereto:
1. Westbound traffic on Stacia Street shall stop at Whitney Avenue.
2. Southbound traffic on Whitney Avenue shall stop at Loma Alta Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Parks, Forestry, and Maintenance
Services is hereby ordered to erect and maintain stop signs and appropriate pavement
markings at the above locations.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on 3rd day of August 1987 by the
following vote:
