PARKING PROHIBITION
LOS GATOS- ALMADEN ROAD NEAR CARLTON AVENUE
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16 -44, "Parking
Regulation ", the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby establish
the following traffic regulation:
STOPPING, STANDING, OR PARKING PROHIBITED
Stopping, standing, or parking of any vehicle AT ALL 1 -I11ES is hereby
prohibited (red curb) along a 60 -foot stretch of curb on the north side of Los
Gatos - Almaden Road immediately east of Carlton Avenue (and as depicted on
Exhibit "A ".
Portions of any resolutions previously adopted that are in conflict
therewith are hereby rescinded.
The Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance Services is hereby
instructed to install appropriate signs and /or curb markings giving notice to
the public of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on 20th day of July 1987 by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Eric D. Carlson, Thomas J. Ferrito,
Robert L. Hamilton and Mayor Brent N Ventura
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
