A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
RESCINDING CERTAIN PRIOR RESOLUTIONS AND ADOPTING SCHEDULES
OF AUTHORIZED POSITIONS AND SALARIES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1987 -88
WHEREAS, the Los Gatos Town Council has adopted certain resolutions governing
authorized positions and salaries for fiscal year 1987 -88; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council wishes to rescind those resolutions and adopt a new
resolution governing authorized positions and salaries for fiscal year 1987 -88; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Town Council of
the Town of Ids Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town
Council hereby rescinds prior Town Council resolutions authorizing positions and
salaries and hereby adopts as schedules of authorized positions and salaries for
fiscal year 1987 -88 those schedules attached hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular 13eeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 20th day of Jules 1987
by the following vote.
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Eric D. Carlson, Thomas J. Ferrito,
Robert L. Hamilton, and Mayor Brent N. Ventura.
