A RESOLUTION CONTINUING INDEFINITELY THE 1986 -87 MEMORANDUI41 OF UNDERSTANDING
BETWEEN THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AND THE POLICE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, in accordance with Resolution 1974 -41 the Town has been meeting and
conferring with the Los Gatos Police Officers Association in an attempt to reach an
agreement regarding wages, hours and working conditions.
WHEREAS, The Town and the Association have not yet reached an agreement and that
agreement will expire June 30, 1987.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is recommended that the existing memorandum of understanding
be continued until a revised memorandum of understanding is signed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a continued regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Tosco of Los Gatos held on 29th day of June , 1987 by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Joanne Benjamin, Thomas J. Ferrito, Robert L.
Hamilton and Mayor Brent N. Ventura
