A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
LOS GATOS AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ENTER
INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE METROPOLITAN
TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION TO ESTABLISH A
PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos does hereby authorize the Town Manager to sign a performance
agreement with the Metropolitan Transportation Commission for implementation
of a Pavement Management System.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 1st day of June, 1987 by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Joanne Benjamin, Eric D. Carlson,
Thomas J. Ferrito and Mayor Brent N. Ventura
