AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF "AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF DEFERRED LAND
DEVELOPMENT IMPROVEMENTS - MOZART AVENUE - FILE #9P67.1"
16500 MOZART AVENUE (TRACT 7979)
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos did on April 20, 1987,
approve Resolution No. 1987 -45, "Resolution Approving and Accepting Final Map of
Tract No. 7979 ", and authorized the !Mayor to execute "Contract for the Improvement
of Tract No. 7979 - Contract No. 87 -5 ", and
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the Town of Los Gatos, did on May 1, 1987 sign said
contract on behalf of the down of Los Gatos; therefore
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, that the obligations
incurred by the Young Men's Christian Association of Santa Clara Valley, successor
to Trustees of the Young Men's Christian Association of San Jose, San La Clara
Valley, recorded in Book 8047, Official Record, Pages 665 -675, Document No. 337907,
on March 6, 1968, Santa Clara County Records are discharged.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on 1st day of June 1987 by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Joanne Benjamin, Eric D. Carlson, Thomas J.
Ferrito, and Mayor Brent N. Ventura.
