A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE
AND EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH FISCAL YEAR 1987 -88
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT AND TOWN FUND RECIPIENTS
WHEREAS, TOWN has received Community Development Block Grant funds from the
Department of Housing and Urban Development (hereinafter "HUD ") as
an entitlement city pursuant to the provisions of Title I of the
Housing and Community Development Acts of 1974 and 1977, as amended;
and,
WHEREAS, TOWN has appropriated funds for allocation to various community groups
which provide services to Town of Los Gatos residents; and,
WHEREAS, TOWN desires to engage CONTRACTOR who has been allocated a portion of
TOWN'S said funds, to be utilized during the time period from July
1, 1987 through June 30, 1988.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Town Council does hereby authorize the Town Manager to negotiate
and execute an agreement with the following agencies:

Catholic Social Services Of Santa Clara /Ombudsman Program
The Food Bank, Inc. of Santa Clara County
Live Oak Adult Day Services
San Jose State University Health Place
Senior Coordinating Council
TOWN FUND RECIPIENTS
Art Docents of Los Gatos, Inc.
California Theater Center
Photographic Guild of Los Gatos
San Jose Poetry Center
Santa Clara Department of Social Service
For Home Delivered Meals Program
Senior Coordinating Council
Teen Health Place
Transit Assist
Young Women's Christian Association Center for Career Development
Youth Science Institute
