TOWN OF LOS GATOS
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
CONCERNING AN AMENDMENT TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT
OF THE GENERAL PLAN
WHEREAS, under Government Code Section 65353, the Town Council conducted a
public hearing for consideration of an amendment to the Los Gatos General Plan on
December 1, 1986.
WHEREAS, during this hearing the Town Council considered all of the items
shown in Resolution No. 86 -3 of the Planning Commission.
WHEREAS, under Government Code section 65356, the Town Council referred
this amendment to the Planning Commission for report and has received a written
report dated November 20, 1986.
RESOLVED: The Town Council finds that the amendment will not have a
significant impact on the environment, and makes the Negative Declaration,
FURTHER RESOLVED: The Town Council finds that Los Gatos General Plan
Amendment GP -86 -2 (a) meets the requirements for a land use element, (b) is
consistent with the Town of Los Gatos General Plan, and (c) that all proceedings
have been conducted in compliance with the provisions of Government Code section
65350 et seq. and hereby adopts attached Exhibit A.

1986, by the following vote:
