A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO
NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH FISCAL
YEAR 1986 -87 TOWN FUND RECIPIENTS
WHEREAS, TOWN has appropriated funds for allocation to various community
groups which provide services to Town of Los Gatos residents; and,
WHEREAS, TOWN desires to engage CONTRACTOR who has been allocated a portion
of TOWN'S said funds, to be utilized during the 1986 -87 fiscal year;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Town Council does hereby authorize the Town Manager
to negotiate and execute an agreement with the following agencies:
Art Docents of Los Gatos, Inc.
Live Oak Adult Day Services
Photographic Guild of Los Gatos
Santa Clara Department of Social Service
For Home Delivered Meals Program
Senior Coordinating Council
Teen Health Place
Valley Institute of Theater Arts
Young Women's Christian Association Center for Career Development
Youth Science Institute
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA, at a regular meeting held this 15th day of
September , 1986, by the following vote:

Ventura and Mayor Terrence J. Daily
